TOGETHER WITH NECESSARY FACILITIES AND APPURTENANCES (COLLECTIVELY, "STORM WATER FACILITIES "), LOCATED WITHIN
THE LOTS AND TRACTS C, D. E, AND F WITHIN THIS PLAT. THE ASSOCIATION, ITS MEMBERS, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE
SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, SHALL MAINTAIN AND REPAIR THE STORM WATER FACILITIES (EXCEPT THOSE PORTIONS
