Analysis /Strategic Goals /Pro's 8 Con's: Public Works has completed construction for the above referenced project, and recommends authorization of Change Order No 1. There will be no additional change orders for this project. Fiscal Impact /Cost Benefit Analysis: There is no additional cost associated with this change order. Furthermore, this project is funded at 100% by a WSDOT Safe Routes to School program grant. Recommendation: Public Works recommends that the Board authorize Change Order No. 1 and return two signed originals to Public Works for further processing.
