August 23, 2013 (revised November 8, 2013) are available for review.
The proposal required review under the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA). The department issued a DNS for this
proposal on January 7, 2014.

Jefferson Transit has received a correction for a Third Party inspection of the Communication
tower installed at 63 Four Corners.
I have inspected the footings for the tower on March 18, 2015. I can confirm that the work was
installed, and completed according to the plans. Please accept this notice to satisfy the Third
Party inspection requirement. Refer to photo and testing reports enclosed.

Just checking the permits that are still pending- BLD15-00119 for Jefferson transit was received on 4/9/15
Everything is signed off except DRD/Land use activities in tidemark.
There is no planner assigned to this permit- Please advise if this your case?
We did not receive the Stormwater information and sheet from application until 5/5/15 Just a heads up- but I do
believe I marked this case on sheet to you-and gave all information to you for your review.
Again-Just trying to double check and ensure I don't have permits sitting that can be issued- Not trying to be a brat!

I also had a question regarding letters which JTA received about expiration fees for all their permits being due this Friday
(5/8/2015). What are the expiration fees for and how is the expiration date set? Is there a code section regarding
