Project No. 1609-02 Statement of Issue: Authorization of Change Order #5 for the Paradise Bay Road, Phase II Project, CR1873 with Lakeside Industries, Inc. Analysis/Strategic Goals/Pros £t Cons: This change order is necessary to pay for additional long post beam guardrail. Fiscal Impact/Cost Benefit Analysis: This project is funded at 90% by the County Road Administration Board and 10% by the County Road Fund. Estimated net change is +$15,103.73. Recommendation: Public Works recommends that the Board authorize Change Order No. 5 and return two signed originals to Public Works for further processing.
