9:01 a.m. PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD - Up to 30 Minutes
This is an optional time period dedicated to listening to the public. We want to hear your ideas or concerns. To
ensure equal opportunity for the public to comment, all comments shall be limited to three minutes per person
and each person may address the Board onetime during the public comment period. When the green light is on
it means proceed to speak; the yellow light will go on when the speaker has 30 seconds remaining; the red light
illuminated means stop. Please start by stating your name and address.
APPROVAL AND ADOPTION OF THE CONSENT AGENDA: (Items listed below have been
distributed to the Commissioners in advance for study and will be enacted by one motion. If separate discussion is desired on
an item, that item may be removed from the Consent Agenda and placed on the Regular Agenda, at a specific time, at the
request of any of the Commissioners.)
CALL FOR BIDS re: Memorial Field Roof Replacement Project; Bids Accepted Until
9:30 a.m. and Opened and Read Publicly at 10:00 a.m., or shortly thereafter on Monday,
November 3, 2014 in the Commissioners' Chambers
2. AGREEMENT NO. LA7177, Supplement No. 3 re: Quinault South Shore Road
Mitigation Project, M.P. 1.14 to M.P. 1.28, County Road No. 911607, County Project
No. CR1848; In the Amount of $410,000; Jefferson County Public Works; Washington
State Department of Transportation (DOT)
3. AGREEMENT NO. PREV3583 re: Breast, Cervical and Colon Health Program
(BCCHP) Services; In the Amount of $1,558; Jefferson County Public Health; King
County Public Health
4. Payment of Jefferson County Payroll Warrants Dated October 3, 2014 Totaling
$791,082.27 and A/P Warrants Done by Payroll Dated October 3, 2014 totaling
$699,528.09 (Records of all claims submitted for payment along with A/P Warrants approved by the Payroll
Services Manager are retained in the Jefferson County Auditor's Office.)
