1.) DWJ
2.) The project shall adhere to the Best Management Practices (BMPs)to control stormwater,
erosion and sediment during construction. BMPs shall address permanent measures to
stabilize soil exposed during construction, and in the design and operation of stormwater
and drainage control systems.
3.) The site plan as submitted with the Building Permit application on June 23, 2015 has been
reviewed for consistency under the UDC, and has been approved by Jefferson County
Department of Community Development. Any modifications, changes, and/or additions to
the stamped, approved site plan dated June 23, 2015 shall be resubmitted for review and
approval by Jefferson County Department of Community Development.
4.) No plumbing has been reviewed or approved for this project by Jefferson County Public
Health. Additional requirements may apply if plumbing is proposed.
5.) The minimum standards for the well location is 5'from the building overhang. This is
necessary to allow for a drill rig or other machinary to access the well for possible
reconstruction or maintenance.
6.) Road setback is 20 feet, side and rear setback is 5 feet.

Dear STEVEN J WARNER:
The Department of Community Development is in the process of reviewing your application. The
following information is needed to continue review of your project.
Submit a Request for Waiver from the Geotechnical Report requirement.
Please submit the above information to the Department of Community Development within 90 days
of the date of this letter which would be 9/22/2015. As required by Jefferson County Code, JCC
18.40.110(3) and (6), if the information is not submitted or additional time to submit the required
information within the ninety (90) calendar day period is not requested, the application would be
considered abandoned and therefore withdrawn and application fees will be forfeited. Jefferson
County Code provides that the Department of Community Development shall not be responsible for
notifying the applicant of an impending expiration, thus any further notification would not be
forthcoming.
