2.) The project shall adhere to the Best Management Practices (BMPs)to control stormwater,
erosion and sediment during construction. BMPs shall address permanent measures to
stabilize soil exposed during construction, and in the design and operation of stormwater
and drainage control systems.
3.) The site plan as submitted with the Building Permit application on June 17, 2015 has been
reviewed for consistency under the UDC, and has been approved by Jefferson County
Department of Community Development. Any modifications, changes, and/or additions to
the stamped, approved site plan dated June 17, 2015 shall be resubmitted for review and
approval by Jefferson County Department of Community Development.

Re: 1521 Dabob Rd, Parcel #801213015 Access Improvements
Dear Mr. Shipman:
In reviewing the site plan and access for the proposed garage for Diane Johnson off Dabob Rd., the
following improvements to the approach shall be made:
• The brush around the mailbox on the south side of the access will need to be removed to improve
site distance.
• The layout of the gravel for the driveway shall be done in such a manner to allow for vehicles
backing out of the garage to have an area to turn into before pulling out onto the road facing
forward.
I have enclosed some handouts that should be useful in meeting the requirements for a safe road
approach but if you have any questions, please contact me.
