DEPT.OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT Re: 1521 Dabob Rd, Parcel #801213015 Access Improvements Dear Mr. Shipman: In reviewing the site plan and access for the proposed garage for Diane Johnson off Dabob Rd., the following improvements to the approach shall be made: • The brush around the mailbox on the south side of the access will need to be removed to improve site distance. • The layout of the gravel for the driveway shall be done in such a manner to allow for vehicles backing out of the garage to have an area to turn into before pulling out onto the road facing forward. I have enclosed some handouts that should be useful in meeting the requirements for a safe road approach but if you have any questions, please contact me.
