The Rain Garden facilities designed and approved for residential development on this
property have been constructed effectively per the general scope and strategy of the
plans. The pond shapes, depths and topsoil have been appropriately sized and
constructed. I have seen evidence of initial plantings and intended buildout.
am including construction photos with this letter, and am putting my Engineering
Stamp on this document as documented proof that these proposed facilities have been
appropriately constructed to serve the intended design purposes.
