Analysis/Strategic Goals/Pro's Et Con's: This project consists of replacing the substandard, failing culvert at Upper Hoh Road MP 3.338 with a new steel culvert, to be installed by the pipe ramming method. Change Order No. 4 provides for necessary cleanup and protection at the inlet and outlet ends of the new culvert. Fiscal Impact/Cost Benefit Analysis: This change order will increase the contract amount by $25,000.00, from $585,602.44 to $610,602.44. This project is funded at 100% by the Federal Highway Administration. Recommendation: Public Works recommends that the Board execute all three originals of Change Order No. 4 with Rognlin's Inc. and return two (2) originals to Public Works for further processing.
