BMPs shall address permanent measures to stabilize soil exposed during construction, and in the design and operation of stormwater and drainage control systems. 7.) I am not sure if I made a error here-or how this got missed- but he applied for a new Building permit on 3/17/15 Tidemark showed road access off Chimacum Rd. but have now learned road access if off Brookside- Please advise if Dave has applied for a Road Approach-as the building permit is ready to issue- but I think I am not supposed to issue the building permit before the road approach has been applied for, I am looking for clear direction from you on how to proceed. Does the Road Approach have to be applied for r`? Does it have to be approved before the building permit can or should be issued? Thank you for any direction and suggestions you can give me.
