CONDITIONS for Building Permit# :BLD15-00083
1.) DWJ
2.) Applicant and Home Owner shall maintain a 100 foot buffer from Chimacum Creek.
3.) All construction activities shall not encroach upon the Stream buffer. This includes the
storage or preparation of materials.
4.) A permanent physical separation along the boundary of the buffer area shall be installed
and permanently maintained. Such separation can include installing logs, trees, a
hedgerow, or any other prominent physical marking approved by the UDC Administrator.
5.) Buffer perimeters shall be marked with temporary signs at an interval of one per parcel or
every one hundred (100)feet, whichever is less. Signs shall be in place prior to and
during construction activities. The signs shall contain the following statement: "Buffer- Do
Not Remove or Alter Existing Vegetation."
6.) The project shall adhere to the Best Management Practices (BMPs)to control stormwater,
erosion and sediment during construction. BMPs shall address permanent measures to
stabilize soil exposed during construction, and in the design and operation of stormwater
and drainage control systems.
7.) The site plan as submitted with the Building Permit application on March 17, 2015 has
been reviewed for consistency under the UDC, and has been approved by Jefferson
County Department of Community Development. Any modifications, changes, and/or
additions to the stamped, approved site plan dated March 17, 2015 shall be resubmitted
for review and approval by Jefferson County Department of Community Development.
8.) 10' minimum separation required between the water line and any onsite sewage system
components including sewage transport lines.

Terry- I am not sure if David from Habitat for Humanity has spoken to you or not regarding needing a Road Approach for
this building permit.
I am not sure if I made a error here-or how this got missed- but he applied for a new Building permit on 3/17/15
Tidemark showed road access off Chimacum Rd. but have now learned road access if off Brookside-
Please advise if Dave has applied for a Road Approach-as the building permit is ready to issue- but I think I am not
supposed to issue the building permit before the road approach has been applied for,
I am looking for clear direction from you on how to proceed.
Does the Road Approach have to be applied for r`?
Does it have to be approved before the building permit can or should be issued?
Thank you for any direction and suggestions you can give me.
