ANALYSIS: Mr. Kessler of Safe Harbor Recovery Services provide case management to the District Court's Mental Health Court program. The original contract prepared and approved did not take into account funds expended between January 1, 2015 and May 1, 2015 for this service which was paid by the Health Department. The funds identified in this amendment are those which were available for expenditure from May 1, 2015 through the end of this calendar year. FISCAL IMPACT: These funds come to the District Court from the 131 Fund, CD/MH sales tax. District Court will prepare a budget adjustment to include these funds in their 2015 budget. RECOMMENDATION: That the Board approve the agreement and sign 3 originals. A fully executed original will be returned to the BOCC office.
