Chairman Dave Garing called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m. in the presence of Vice -Chairman
Henry Krist and Member Michael Smith.
CALENDAR REVIEW
Assessor's Office appraisers performed physical inspections of properties located in the Brinnon School
District and have sent out "Change of Value " notices. The remaining areas of Jefferson County will be
revalued and "Change of Value" notices will be sent to property owners later this year. Property owners
will have 30 days from the date of the notice to file an appeal. The Board reviewed their calendars for
possible hearing dates to be scheduled after the first of the year.
NOTICE OF ADJOURNMENT
Member Smith moved to adjourn the meeting at 9:55 a.m. Vice -Chairman Krist seconded the
motion which carried by a unanimous vote.
