Chairman Dave Garing called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m. in the presence of Vice -Chairman
Henry Krist and Member Michael Smith.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Vice -Chairman Krist moved to approve the minutes of the November 15, 2013 meeting held during the
2013 BOE Season. Chairman Garing seconded the motion. The motion carried. Member Smith
abstained from voting due to his absence at the meeting.
NOTICE OF ADJOURNMENT
Member Smith moved to adjourn the meeting at 9:45 a.m. Vice -Chairman Krist seconded the
motion which carried by a unanimous vote.
