Chairman Dave Garing called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m. in the presence of Vice -Chairman
Henry Krist. Member Michael Smith was absent.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Vice -Chairman Krist moved to approve the minutes of the March 20, 2014, April 1, and 10, 2014, May
14, 2014 and June 2, 2014 meetings held during the 2013 BOE Season. Chairman Garing seconded the
motion. The motion carried.
Vice -Chairman Krist moved to approve the minutes of July 15, 21, 28 and 29, 2014. Chairman Garing
seconded the motion. The motion carried.
NOTICE OF ADJOURNMENT
Vice -Chairman Krist moved to adjourn the meeting at 9:40 a.m. Chairman Garing seconded the
motion. The motion carried.
