This is an optional time period dedicated to listening to the public. We want to hear your ideas or concerns. To
ensure equal opportunity for the public to comment, all comments shall be limited to three minutes per person
and each person may address the Board one time during the public comment period. When the green light is on
it means proceed to speak; the yellow light will go on when the speaker has 30 seconds remaining; the red light

1. RESOLUTION NO. 08-16 re: Creating County Road Project CR1996, Dosewallips
Road Permanent Repairs, County Road No. 250008, MP .60-1.75
2. AGREEMENT re: Recycling Services; In the Amount of $1,151,840.54; Jefferson
County Public Works; Skookum Educational Programs
3. AGREEMENT re: Educational Outreach Activities for the North Pacific Coast Marine
Resources Committee (NPC MRC); In the Amount of $16,000; Jefferson County Public
Health; Clallam County
4. AGREEMENT NO. 15-04914, Amendment No. 1 re: Support for North Pacific Coast
Marine Resources Committee (NPC MRC); An Additional Amount of $16,590 for a
Total of $108,510; Jefferson County Public Health; Washington State Department of Fish
and Wildlife (WDFW)
5. AGREEMENT re: 2016 Election Cycle Printing and Outsourcing Services; In the
Amount of $110,885.11; Jefferson County Auditor; Printery Communications

Smith, Representing Ecotourism
8. Payment of Jefferson County Vouchers/Warrants Dated February 16, 2016 Totaling
$538,150.19 (Records of all claims submitted for payment along with vouchers approved and signed by the
Board of Jefferson County Commissioners are retained by the Jefferson County Auditor and Public Works
Department.)
9. Payment of Jefferson County A/P Warrants Done by Payroll Dated February 6, 2016
Totaling $128,340.64 (Records of all claims submitted for payment along with A/P Warrants approved by the
Payroll Services Manager are retained in the Jefferson County Auditor’s Office.)
