Approval of this sewage disposal permit does not preclude the permit holder from complying with the Unified Development Code for other/future development on the site. 11.) This system as designed and approved is sized for only one single family residence. It is not sized for an Accessory Dwelling Unit(ADU). The minimum daily design flow per residence is 240 GPD. 12.) The project shall adhere to the Best Management Practices (BMPs)to control stormwater, erosion and sediment during construction.
