ANALYSIS:
Cheryl Lowe, Jefferson County Marine Resources Committee (MRC) Contact, sent an email
requesting the three (3) following reappointments: 1) Four (4) Year Term to Expire, April 7, 2020,
Nam Siu, District 1 Representative, 2) Four (4) Year Term to Expire, February 23, 2020, Shannon
