At least one (1) person engaged in the operation must reside on the premise and must be the owner or leasee of the property. 3. The maximum number of persons employed on the site shall be limited to no more than two (2) full time persons outside the immediate family. 4. There shall be no outside storage or display of any kind, unless screened from public and neighborhood view. 5. One (1) wall sign and one (1) free standing sign may be permitted on the site. Total signage area shall be no greater than eight (8) square feet per sign. No signs shall be lighted and no part of the sign shall consist of banners, streamers, or other moving devices. No off- premise signs shall be permitted. The free-standing sign shall not be located within nor project over the public road right-of-way. 6. All clients and employee parking shall occur on the project site. 7. All traffic must be traveling in a forward motion when entering or leaving the project site. 8. Security and other lighting shall be hooded or directed away from the adjoining public right-of-way and adjacent properties and not create a glare to passing traffic nor adversely affect surrounding properties. 9. As a home business, the auto and window glass repair/replacement use shall not adversely affect the use or. enjoyment of surrounding properties and shall be consistent with and maintain the rural character of the surrounding area. 10. Hours of operation shall be ,limited to normal daylight weekday hours and not be disruptive to the normal use of adjacent residential ies. 11. Written n"°°�� - half the „issuance of a certificate of compliance for a home business shall be given to all adjacent property owners. Valid complaints will be investigated by the Jefferson County Planning and Building Department. The owner must either remedy the complaint through the Department or resolve the issues of the complaint before the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners to maintain the certificate of compliance and continued use as a home business. 12. Retail sales shall be incidental to the auto glass and window glass repair and replacement service; ie retail sales shall not be the major portio of the business. 13. Noise levels generated by the glass repair and replacement business shall not exceed those allowed in residential neighborhoods.
