This letter is a follow up to our phone conversation's regarding Jefferson County parcel 821333018. 1
understand Jefferson County DCD staff are concerned about a possible regulated stream in the south
west portion of the property.
During the review period of Forest Practice Application 2614006 1 conducted a site visit on the parcel.
Here is an excerpt from my document summary notes regarding the stream: Confirmed that the Type F
stream does not exist near the west harvest boundary. There is a rather deep ravine/swale with no
evidence of a channel or running water and no culvert under Teal Lake road and no apparent culvert
under Hwy 104.
No stream was observed on the parcel in question. If Jefferson County Staff have further questions
regarding this Forest Practice Application or my site visit you can have them contact me.
