AGREEMENT
ANNUAL REVIEW AND REMOVAL OF TEMPORARY RESIDENCE
USED EXCLUSIVELY FOR FAMILY HARDSHIP
THIS AGREEMENT is made this ` day of , 19 by and between -
Betty Wilson , hereinafter referred to as, the "Owner", and Jefferson County,
a political subdivision of the State of Washington, hereinafter referred to as the "County", to
wit
WHEREAS, Betty Wilson is the owner of a certain tract of land particularly
described as follows: 'Lax 1D, sec 30, Tnwpship 25 N, Ran. - 9 W

WHEREAS, the Owner has a demonstrated family hardship which establishes a need for an
additional residence (mobile home) to be placed on the above described property on a
temporary basis for the exclusive use of the Owners mother, and
WHEREAS, the placement of the second residence (mobile home) is inconsistent with the
density standards of the Jefferson County Comprehensive Plan, and
WHEREAS, the legal water supply and sewage disposal requirements may only be achieved
if the second residence (mobile home) is occupied as proposed, that is the temporary
occupancy by one person who is an immediate family member, and
WHEREAS, the Owner agrees to remove said residence (mobile home) upon termination of
its occupancy by the Owners mother,

RE: BLD91-0359 Temporary Occupancy Manufactured Home
Dear Ms Wilson:
You have been issued a building permit for a second residence
(a manufactured home) on your property. As you know this
manufactured home is approved for Temporary Occupancy only.
Jefferson County recently adopted an Ordinance #21-1218-95.
This is an ordinance that amends the Zoning Code #09-0801-94,
modifying the definition and standards for the implementation of
Accessory Dwelling Units.
What this means is that you may transfer your temporary
approval into an "Accessory Dwelling Unit", which would then allow
your second residence to be permanent.
To do this you first need to read the enclosed copy of the
ordinance to see if you qualify, and second you then need to
contact me so that I may process the paperwork.

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and mutual promises and covenants
hereafter set forth, the parties hereto agree as follows:
NATURE OF OCCUPANCY--The temporary residence shall be for the exclusive
occupancy of the Owners mother. The Owner shall not authorize or cause to authorize
use by any other party.
REMOVAL OF STRUCTURE--The Owner will remove the temporary residence within
sixty (60) days from the date of termination of occupancy by the Owners mother.
ANNUAL INSPECTION AND FEE--The Owner will pay a $25.00 annual inspection fee
for an inspection of the residence and drainfield area by an authorized agent of the
County. The purpose of said inspection is to determine on an annual basis the status of
occupancy of the residence and the functioning of the sewage disposal system.
BREACH OF CONDITIONS--The Owner agrees that in the event of breach of the
above conditions, the County, at the Owners expense, shall remove or cause to be
removed said residence (mobile home) and terminate this agreement.

the general public that the the mobile home permitted under
building permit number BLD91-0359 and located at 230 Fulton Creek
Rd in Brinnon was permitted as a temporary exception to the density
standard for family hardship. The installation is consistent with
the requirements of the Accessory Dwelling Ordinance #21-1218-95.
Therefore the Notice to Title filed under number 344143 and
recorded on volume 349 page 484 of the official records of
Jefferson County is hereby rescinded.
