STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
Interview Persons Interested in Serving on the Jefferson County Planning Commission; Jean Ball
and Michael Nilssen
ANALYSIS:
The Commissioner's approved a policy to advertise for all Advisory Board and Commissions
Vacancies even if a current Member wishes to continue serving on that Board or Commission.
Jean Ball and Michael Nilssen submitted Letter of Interest and a Volunteer Application to serve on
the Jefferson County Planning Commission to represent District No. 3. The Jefferson County
Planning Commission consists of Nine (9) Members to serve Four (4) Year Terms. Two (2)
Members currently represent District No. 3.
RECOMMENDATION:
Interview Jean Ball and Michael Nilssen and appoint one to serve as District No. 3 Representative.
