This system must conform to Jefferson County health Department
Regulallons and D.O.I. standards for pressure distribution,
This system Is designed to accommodate - gallons per day

Topography and stub out elevations are based on assumed data Data b

Altering of the house plan or location may require revision of the sewagt
application or application for a vsrisnee. Revision of the plan or app lcatior

Each septic tank must have compariment(s) and hold of tras
gallons. Septic tanks/wet well must be water light

loading standards.
The building sewer line must meet PVC A.S'TM Standard 3034.
