District No. 1 Representative Term Expires March 17,2019; 2) Michael
Nilssen, District No. 3 Representative Term Expires March 17, 2020; and
3) Tom Giske, District No. 3 Representative Term Expires March 17, 2018
STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
AMEND ADVISORY BOARD APPOINTMENTS (3) re: Jefferson County Planning Commission; Amend
Expiration Date; 1) Kevin Coker, District No. 1 Representative Term Expires March 17, 2019; 2) Michael
Nilssen, District No. 3 Representative Term Expires March 17, 2020; and 3) Tom Giske, District No. 3
Representative Term Expires March 17, 2018
ANALYSIS:
The County Commissioners previously appointed three members to serve four (4) year terms on the
Jefferson County Planning Commission. The terms commenced on the date of appointment.
Per Resolution No. 54-97 Section 8. Staggered Terms — the four-year term shall commence on the 18'' day
of March. Action is needed to amend the expiration date.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve amended expiration dates.
