Reconveyance
STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
Jefferson County Public Health is requesting signature of Appointment of Successor Trustee and Request for
Full Reconveyance regarding the Ms. Susan Sandaine water pollution control loan, parcel 801174009.
ANALYSIS/ STRATEGIC GOALS/PRO'S and CON'S:
This request is for Appointment of successor trustee and full Reconveyance of the Deed of Trust for
Sandaine property 7670 Center Road, Chimacum, WA, Jefferson County parcel 801174009, which was
security for a 1990 water pollution control loan granted by Jefferson County. Receipt of payoff has been
received (#2868, received June 30, 2016).
FISCAL IMPACT/COST BENEFIT ANALYSIS:
This is an appointment of successor trustee and full Reconveyance; it has no fiscal impact
RECOMMENDATION:
JCPH management request approval of the Appointment of Successor Trustee and Request for Full
Reconveyance regarding the Ms. Susan Sandaine water pollution control loan, parcel 801174009

Appointment of Successor Trustee
Whereas, the undersigned is/are the current owner of the beneficial interest secured by that
certain Deed of Trust dated November 2, 1990 , by and between the undersigned and
Susan A. Sandaine as Grantor(s), and
Pioneer Title Company as Trustee, does hereby appoint First
American Title Company of Jefferson County, whose address is 2424 S Park Avenue, Port
Townsend, WA 98358 as Successor Trustee.
First American Title Company of Jefferson County hereby accepts said appointment as Successor
Trustee pursuant to the request of the owner of the beneficial interest.

The undersigned beneficiary is the legal owner and holder of the promissory note in the original sum of
S 3,225.38 , secured by that certain Deed of Trust dated November 2, 1990 ,
in which Susan A. Sandaine is/are grantor(s) and
Pioneer Title Company is trustee,
filed for record on November 14, 1990 as Auditor's File No. 336202 , and
recorded in Volume 323 of Mortgages, at page 337 , records of Jefferson County, Washington.
The note and all other indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust having been fully satisfied, the note and Deed
of Trust are herewith surrendered to you for cancellation and reconveyance.
You are therefore requested, upon payment of all sums owing to you, to reconvey without warranty, to the
person(s) entitled thereto, the right, title, and interest now held by you thereunder.
