This buffer shall be measured perpendicularly from the ordinary high water mark along the shoreline. 2) Fish and wildlife habitat area buffers shall remain naturally vegetated. Should buffer disturbance occur during construction, replanting with native vegetation shall be required by the Critical Area Administrator. No alteration shall be made to the fish and wildlife habitat area buffer without prior authorization by the Critical Area Administrator. 3) The proposed development shall be located on the subject property exactly as identified on the Universal Plot Plan, or other Site Plan, approved by the County as part of the triggering permit application.
