After careful con3ideration of construction costs re ;uired to meet
building codes, I decided not to proceed with any further construc-
tion in the foreseeable future. This, coupled with a rental offer
for the entire building for storage of household goods and wood
carving hobby, were the determining factors in my decision not to
proceed.
Occasionally, my two travel trailers are used for an overnight stay
as these have been on the property for years.
