Temporary Residence Agreement Page: 2
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and mutual promises and
covenants hereafter set forth, the parties hereto agree as follows:
1. NATURE OF OCCUPANCY--The temporary residence shall be for the
exclusive occupancy of the Owners mother. The Owner shall not
authorize or cause to authorize use by any other party.
2. REMOVAL OF STRUCTURE--The Owner will remove the temporary
residence within sixty (60) days from the date of termination of occupancy
by the Owners mother.
3. ANNUAL INSPECTION AND FEE--The Owner will pay a $25.00 annual
inspection fee for an inspection of the residence and drainfieid area by
an authorized agent of the County. The purpose of said inspection is to
determine on an annual basis the status of occupancy of the residence
and the functioning of the sewage disposal system.
4. BREACH OF CONDITIONS--The Owner agrees that in the event of
breach of the above conditions, the County, at the Owners expense,
shall remove or cause to be removed said residence (mobile home) and
terminate this agreement.
