GENERAL NOTES:

6. CONCRETE PORCHES, WALKWAYS, STEPS OR LANDINGS WHICH ARE
POURED AGAINST WOOD FRAMING SHALL HAVE NEOPRENE SHEETING
BETWEEN CONCRETE AND WOOD WHICH LAPS UP 6" ABOVE
CONCRETE.
7. VERIFY FOLLOWING ITEMS WITH THE OWNER FOR THEIR SELECTION:
FINISH GRADING AND LANDSCAPING
BASE, TRIM AND CASING
PAINT AND STAIN COLORS
CARPETING, VINYL AND TILE
WALLS TO RECEIVE WALLCOVERING
DRYWALL TEXTURE
ELECTRICAL FIXTURES (VERIFY LAYOUT WITH OWNER PRIOR TO
ACTUAL INSTALLATION)
