ensure equal opportunity for the public to comment, all comments shall be limited to three minutes per person
and each person may address the Board one time during the public comment period. When the green light is on
it means proceed to speak; the yellow light will go on when the speaker has 30 seconds remaining; the red light
illuminated means stop. Please start by stating your name and address.

Bids Accepted Until 9:30 a.m. and Opened and Read Publicly at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday,
February 17, 2015 in the Commissioners’ Chambers; Jefferson County Courthouse
3. AGREEMENT NO. 12-1385C, Amendment No. 1 re: 2012 Dosewallips and
Duckabush Acquisitions; In the Amount of $345,275; Jefferson County Public Health;
Washington State Recreation and Conservation Office
4. AGREEMENT re: 2015 School Based Health Clinics; In the Amount of $59,736;

5. AGREEMENT re: 2015 Expanded Mental Health and Chemical Dependency

by the Jefferson County Auditor and Public Works Department.)
10. Payment of Jefferson County A/P Warrants Done by Payroll Dated December 24, 2014
Totaling $127,804.20 (Records of all claims submitted for payment along with A/P Warrants approved by the
Payroll Services Manager are retained in the Jefferson County Auditor’s Office.)
