This is an optional time period dedicated to listening to the public. We want to hear your ideas or concerns. To
ensure equal opportunityfor the public to comment, all comments shall be limited to three minutes per person
and each person may address the Board onetime during the public comment period. When the green light is on
it means proceed to speak; the yellow light will go on when the speaker has 30 seconds remaining; the red light
illuminated means stop. Please start by stating your name and address.
APPROVAL AND ADOPTION OF THE CONSENT AGENDA: (Items listed below have been
distributed to the Commissioners in advance for study and will be enacted by one motion. If separate discussion is desired on
an item, that item may be removed from the Consent Agenda and placed on the Regular Agenda, at a specific time, at the
request of any of the Commissioners.)
CALL FOR BIDS re: Supply of Motor Fuel; Bids Accepted Until 9:30 a.m. and Opened
and Read Publicly at 10:00 a.m. or shortly thereafter on Monday, May 18, 2015 in the
Commissioners' Chambers; Jefferson County Courthouse
2. AGREEMENT re: Fleet, Public Works and Facilities Software; In the Amount of
$173,500; Jefferson County Central Services; Cascade Software Systems, Inc.
3. AGREEMENT NO. 1463-17244, Amendment No. 1 re: Juvenile Accountability Block
Grant for Proctor House; An Additional Amount of $900 for a Total of $7,778; Jefferson
County Juvenile Service; Washington State Department of Social & Health Services
(DSHS), Juvenile Justice and Rehabilitation Administration
4. AGREEMENT re: No Net Grant/Environmental Consulting Services; In the Amount of
$200,000; Jefferson County Department of Community Development; Environmental
Science Associates (ESA)

Interest Seat, "Coastal Areas"; Term Expired March 28, 2015, Richard Jahnke; and 2)
Representing District 3 Term Expires April 25, 2015, JD Gallant
6. Payment of Jefferson County Vouchers/Warrants Dated April 13, 2015 Totaling
$2,187,720.34 and Dated April 15, 2015 Totaling $1,235.82 (Records of all claims submitted for
payment along with vouchers approved and signed by the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners are retained by
the Jefferson County Auditor and Public Works Department.)
7. Payment of Jefferson County Payroll Warrants Dated April 4, 2015 Totaling $126,795.52
(Records of all claims submitted for payment along with A/P Warrants approved by the Payroll Services Manager
are retained in the Jefferson County Auditor's Office.)
