ensure equal opportunityfor the public to comment, all comments shall be limited to three minutes per person
and each person may address the Board onetime during the public comment period. When the green light is on
it means proceed to speak; the yellow light will goon when the speaker has 30 seconds remaining; the red light
illuminated means stop. Please start by stating your name and address.

3. AGREEMENT, Change Order No. 2 re: Memorial Field Roof Rehabilitation Project,
Count. Project No. 301 594 154; In the Amount of $9,883.85; Jefferson County Public
Works; Primo Construction, Inc.
4. BID AWARD AND AGREEMENT re: Supply of Motor Fuel for County Vehicles; In
