STATEMENT OF ISSUE: Memorandum of Agreement for the period January 1, 2017
through December 31, 2017.
ANALYSIS: MOA Funds provided to support an extension program in Jefferson County.
FISCAL IMPACT: $142,054.00 this total amount is shared by: Jefferson County Salary
Support of $81,143.00 with WSU receiving from Community Partners providing $31,000.
RECOMMENDATION: Recommend the Commissioners approve this request.
