Chairman Dave Garing called the meeting to order at 10:10 a.m. in the presence of Vice -Chairman
Michael Smith and Member Henry Krist.
CALENDAR REVIEW
Assessor's Office appraisers performed physical inspections of properties located in Port Ludlow. The
remaining areas of Jefferson County will be statistically valued. "Change of Value" notices will be sent
to property owners later this year. Property owners will have 30 days from the date of the notice to file
an appeal.
The Clerk informed the Board that a hearing has yet to be scheduled for the following 2015 property tax
appeals:
Lexington Investments, LLC BOE 15-34-R Parcel No. 989 704 206
C4 61 15 -35 -LO 1 989 704 203
The appellant has requested that the Board schedule the hearing in November of this year. After
reviewing schedules for possible hearing dates, the Board directed the Clerk to schedule a hearing date
in October.
NOTICE OF ADJOURNMENT
Vice -Chairman Smith moved to adjourn the meeting at 10:15 a.m. Member Krist seconded the
motion which carried by a unanimous vote.
