STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
Advisory Board Appointment re: Jefferson County Solid Waste Advisory Committee (SWAG); Two (2) Year
Term to Expire December 5, 2018; City of Port Townsend Alternate Representative, John Merchant
ANALYSIS:
A letter was received from Deborah Stinson, Port Townsend Mayor, recommending appointment of John
Merchant to Jefferson County Solid Waste Advisory Committee (SWAC) as the City Alternate
Representative. This was followed up by approval from Jerry Mingo, Jefferson County Solid Waste. This is a
two (2) year term expiring December 5, 2018.
RECOMMENDATION:
Advisory Board Appointment re: Jefferson County Solid Waste Advisory Committee (SWAC); John
Merchant, City of Port Townsend Alternate Representative; Two (2) Year Term Expires December 5, 2018.
