Undie Road Emergency Relocation Project 180-2007-0
Statement of Issue: Execution of Change Order #3 for the above referenced project.
Analysis/Strategic Goals/Pro's Et Con's: This change order reduces the amount of guardrail
from the plan quantity, specifies steel guardrail posts, changes post length in some areas, and
updates pricing.
Fiscal Impact/Cost Benefit Analysis: Estimated credit to County of $11,058. Project is on
budget and is approximately 98% complete.
Recommendation: Public Works recommends that the Board approve Change Order #3 by
signing all three attached forms and returning to Public Works for further processing.
