AGREEMENT re: Emergency Management Director; In the Amount of $75,509.16 per Year plus Benefits; Jefferson County Administrator; Lynn Sterbenz 2. AGREEMENT, Change Order No. 3 re: Undie Road Surfacing Project No. 18020070; A Reduction of $11,058.27 for a Total Amount of $916,446.42; Jefferson County Public Works; Interwest Construction, Inc. 3. AGREEMENT re: Undie Road Bypass; DNR FR-F 4200 and 4210 Road Surfacing, Project No. 18020070; In the Amount $78,025; Jefferson County Public Works; Interwest Construction, Inc. 4. Payment of Jefferson County Vouchers/Warrants Dated November 21, 2016 Totaling $763,661.44 (Records of all claims submitted for payment along with vouchers approved and signed by the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners are retained by the Jefferson County Auditor and Public Works Department.) 8. Payment of Jefferson County Payroll Warrants Dated November 18, 2016 Totaling $63,686.70 and A/P Warrants Done by Payroll Dated November 18, 2016 Totaling $18,780.70 (Records of all claims submitted for payment along with A/P Warrants approved by the Payroll Services Manager are retained in the Jefferson County Auditor’s Office.)
