AGREEMENT, Change Order No. 1 re: Washington State Department of Natural Resources Road Surfacing, Project No. 18020071; An Additional Amount of $7,355.13 for a Total of $85,380.13; Jefferson County Public Works; Interwest Construction, Inc.
