COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR’S BRIEFING: The
following items were discussed.
•After talking with the Civil Deputy
Prosecuting Attorney and the DCD
Director, the Board canceled their
workshop regarding Trendwest at the
Bay Club in Port Ludlow. The workshop
was noticed on the agenda as a
continuation of the Board’s regular
meeting. However, the location is out of
the County seat, which makes it a
Special Meeting.
•Brent Butler and Barbara Nightengale
are working with the Critical Areas
Ordinance (CAO) Committee and will be
writing the ordinance.
•A Water Team has been formed that is
made up of representatives from County
departments that deal with water issues.
They will meet monthly.

letter of support to Representative Dicks and
Congresswomen Cantwell and Murray
regarding the County’s need for continued

already; the Board needs to clarify their position
