PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD: The following is a summary of
comments made by citizens in attendance at the meeting and
reflect their personal opinions:
• A citizen thanked the County Administrator for
information he received on the cottage industry and how
it relates to his concerns; and
• A citizen commented on the length of time of the permit
process for the Pleasant Harbor Marina in Brinnon.

- Will be attending a Resource Advisory Committee meeting
and a Students For Sustainability (SFS) meeting this week.
Commissioner Sullivan
- Will be attending a Peninsula Regional Transportation
Planning Organization (PRTPO) meeting and a Healthy Kids
Healthy Families meeting this week.
EXECUTIVE SESSION: The Board held an Executive Session to
discuss actual litigation.
2 LETTERS: The Board approved sending letters to:
1) Westway and Imperium Renewables Expansion Project
regarding comments on an Environmental Impact Statement
(EIS) scope; and 2) The Washington State Department of
Ecology (DOE) regarding a 2014 Marine and Rail Oil
Transportation Study scope.
