HomeMy WebLinkAbout02-16-16 PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD: The following is a summary of comments made by citizens in attendance at the meeting and reflect their personal opinions: • A citizen urged Jefferson County to approve a septic permit for his property in Brinnon, • A citizen stated the Democratic Caucus is on March 26, 2016 and the Republican Caucus is on February 20, 2016; • A citizen stated: 1) The President has authority to select Supreme Court Justices, choose the next President wisely; 2) The Zika Virus is not as bad as people may think; 3) The County needs jobs and economic activity; 4) Middle-aged rednecks are realizing they are not getting their share; 5) It is not “Republican” versus “Democrats” but rather “Establishment” versus “Anti-Establishment;” and 6) A terrorist attack in the near future could sway more people to vote Donald Trump for President.
