PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD: The following is a summary of
comments made by citizens in attendance at the meeting and
reflect their personal opinions:
• Three (3) citizens commented on President-Elect Donald
Trump and how he will lead America. They are upset with the
violent outbreaks; and
• Four (4) citizens commented on the status of mediation
between the County and Port Ludlow Associates (PLA)
regarding PLA’s timber harvesting in Port Ludlow.
CONSENT AGENDA: The Board approved the items on the

Provide Washington Conservation Corps Crew; North Olympic

APPROVAL of MINUTES: The Board approved the Regular
Meeting minutes of October 24, 2016 and November 7, 2016
as presented.
COMMISSIONERS’ BRIEFING SESSION: The Commissioners
reported on their meeting schedules.
DISCUSSION: The Board reviewed and affirmed the 2017
Lodging Tax Advisory Committee (LTAC) recommendations.
EXECUTIVE SESSION: The Board held an Executive Session to
discuss potential litigation.
LETTER: The Commissioners approved sending a letter of support
to Governor Jay Inslee regarding a Washington Coast Restoration
Initiative 2017-2019 Capital Budget Request.
COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR BRIEFING: The Board discussed
various topics with the County Administrator.
