Subject: Public Works Organizational Chart
Statement of Issue: Approval of the current Organizational Chart for the Department of
Public Works.
Analysis/Strategic Goals/Pro's £t Con's: Each year as part of the Public Works Department's
annual budget submittal, an Organizational Chart and staffing schedule is attached. The
County Road Administration Board (CRAB) has requested that the Board indicate its approval
of the Organizational Chart by official action, which can be done by signing the attached.
Fiscal Impact/Cost Benefit Analysis: N/A.
Recommendation: Please sign where indicated to approve the Public Works Department's
Organizational Chart.
