Statement of Issue:
Publicly open and read bids submitted in accordance with the advertised `Call for Bids' for
the above referenced project. Per Addendum #1, Bid Opening to be rescheduled from
June 5, 2017, to June 12, 2017. Submitted bids will be opened and publicly read at 10:00
a.m. or shortly thereafter.
Analysis/Strategic Goals/ Pro's 8t Cons:
This Project supports Jefferson County's Strategic Plan, Goal #6, Adequate Facilities for
work and play.
Fiscal Impact/Cost Benefit Analysis:
The Engineer's estimate for this work is $167,000 for Base Bid and Alternate #1, inclusive
of WSST. This project is funded with County funds.
Recommendation:
Direct Public Works staff to open and read publicly the bids submitted for this project.
