Analysis/Strategic Goals/Pro's Et Con's: Public Works has completed construction for the above referenced project, and recommends authorization of Change Order No 1 which is necessary due to bid item quantity variation. There will be no additional change orders for this project. Fiscal Impact/Cost Benefit Analysis: Construction of this project is funded 75% by FEMA, 12.5% by WA Emergency Management Division , with the remainder the responsibility of Jefferson County.
