Structures include a 2,741 sq. ft. home that was built in 2006 and a 880 sq. ft. cabin that was
built in 1962. Stairs descend from the upland to the beach near the northern end of the site.

The proposed work is the repair/replacement of the existing bulkhead (approximately 113 feet)
within the same foot print & a new 45 foot extension adjacent and to the south o -existing
