A majority of the comments mentioned multiple subjects/concerns, and the general comment/concern was that the project proposal is not well suited for a residential area/community. I have also attached a word document with the Conditional Use approval criteria from 18.40.530 and the section of 18.40.280 detailing the Hearing Examiners (HE) review and decision making code. The HE approval Criteria is highlighted in subsection 5.The JCC is available online here: http://www.codepublishing.com/WA/JeffersonCounty/ Use the approval criteria from both sections as well as the public comments and concerns to beef up your answers on how the project will satisfy all of the applicable criteria.
