I am working through your septic system modification permit to add a new septic tank and
transport line for your proposed new buildings. Once your septic permit has been issued, you will
have addressed item #4 of my 7/18/13 letter to you, see attached.
Befor health can sign off on your building application you will need to address the other 3 items by
submitting a revised plot plan to the building department.

You recently sent over a MLA package that contained the following cases for health to reviewand sign off:BLD13-211 Storage BLDSSUB13-8 Plat AlterationZON13-28 Stormwater Plan Here are the comments from the on-site department for each case:
SUB13-8, I have signed off the septic review for this case & I have forwarded to SP for potwater rev.
ZON13-28, I have made the following note in the case activities; 9/23/13 Notified planner; revised plot plan is needed as the plot plan for the stormwater application is in conflict withBLD13-211. RMarx
BLD13-211, Need to identify which buildings are being proposed, I believe they areA<B<C<D<E<& G, along with a second unit labeled “A”. Comments were made prior and lettersent to applicant on 7/18/13; 7/18/13 Septic issues, need to address: 1) ID on buildingplot plan the building that has the proposed bathroom, 2) show on the building plot plan theproposed water line, 3) show sewage transport line on the building plot plan, 4) contact aseptic system designer and apply for a modification permit to add transport line to existingseptic system.
