Also scans of the Parcel info. Let me know if there is someone who I should be contacting at JC DCD Planning. Here is some additional info about the project. We also have drawings available to brining in... To give you an idea of the improvements we are looking at,note the following: 1. A new Attendant'House'(AH) a. With heat/AC and a toilet room b. Extension of sewer line to the septic system built in 2014 on the adjacent County Parcel to the east,as part of the Quilcene Road Shop project. c. Extension of water line,existing on this site since the work in 2014,to provide water to the Attendant house and for use from yard hydrant(s). d. New vehicle gate for entry and access to the Attendant house to pay fees,etc. e. New access driveway f. Additional lighting and camera surveillance. g. New electrical and phone service to the AH 2. A new Environmental Center,for the collection of"household moderate risk waste. This will be created from an existing 40' shipping container that is onsite. For an example,the Solid Waste Division created an Environmental Center at the Transfer Station on Landfill Rd.earlier this year. 3. Concrete slab(SOG)for the 20 cy recycling bins. 4. Concrete slab(SOG)for the collection of recyclable metals and bulky items. 5. Re-grading of about 1500 sf area of asphalt pavement to improve access for service trucks.
