The project shall adhere to the Best Management Practices (BMPs)to control stormwater, erosion and sediment during construction. The approval granted July 14, 2015 was to replace three antennas, remove 3 TMA's, install 3 FRLB radios, 2FXFC, 1 FXMF, and 1 FBBC, 1 FSMR and 1 ESMB. This revision approval is to relocate one existing microwave, add one new microwave, remove one existing platform and install three new antenna mounts only. Any future permits on this site are subject to review for consistency with applicable codes and ordinances and does not preclude review and conditions which may be placed on future permits. 4.) The revised site plan as submitted with the cell tower modification application on March 7, 2016 has been reviewed for consistency under the UDC, and has been approved by Jefferson County Department of Community Development. Any modifications, changes, and/or additions to the stamped, approved revised site plan dated MArch 23, 2016 shall be resubmitted for review and approval by Jefferson County Department of Community Development. 5.)
