Financial Reports Diane moved to accept the Financial Reports from both May and June as presented. Carol seconded. Motion passed unanimously. OPTC – Diane WTA changed membership fee structure and for organizations, the fee changed from $300 to $500. OPVB has paid the $500. Diane needs to invoice TCC for the FAM Tour breakfast. Discussion about developing more FAM Tours considering the success of the most recent FAM tour in Jefferson and Clallam Counties. Several articles have already been written by some of the writers who were on the tour, and more are in the works. Most of the tour expenses were comped, though Willie Nelson did have to charge $250 for the bus for the FAM tour. Second Printing of Adventure Map – Bill We need to print the maps again. The folded form is by far the most popular version. Bill has had a quote for 8,000 maps to get us to the end of the year then we can decide how many more to print. Discussion about when the changes should be done. Bill will get a quote from SOS and from the Printery as well. We paid $2,345 for 30,000 maps with tax the last time we printed. Bill will ask for 20 lb. boxes so they can be handled more easily. It was decided to order a larger amount to keep the cost per map down. Bill will get bids and keep the total cost at $3,000 or less, with tax, and order ¾ of the amount printed in the folded version.
